User Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data Mas Upload stores about you, including data from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube connections. Meta requires this page for apps that go Live.

Delete specific data in the product

1. Sign in to Mas Upload on the website or in the app.
2. Open Connect and tap Disconnect on any channel. That removes the access token for that platform.
3. Open your media library and delete any videos you no longer want stored.
4. Cancel any scheduled posts you do not want published.

Delete your whole account

Email support@masupload.app from the phone number or email associated with your account and write Delete my Mas Upload account.

We will delete:

• Your account profile and session data
• Uploaded videos stored by Mas Upload
• Scheduled posts
• Social access tokens and connected-account identifiers we stored

We aim to complete this within 30 days. Posts already published on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook stay on those platforms until you remove them there.

Revoke access on the platform side

• Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Mas Upload
• Google / YouTube: Google Account → Security → Third-party access
• TikTok: TikTok Settings → Security → Apps and permissions
