Terms of Service
These are the official Terms of Service for Mas Upload. They govern your use of the website and mobile app. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Mas Upload lets you upload a video once and publish or schedule it to connected TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook accounts. Platform features, approval, and reach remain under each platform’s control.
2. Your account
You must provide a name, a phone number you control, and an email address you control. We send a one-time sign-in code to that email. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content you upload or schedule.
3. Connected platforms
You authorize Mas Upload to post to accounts you connect. You must have the right to use those accounts. Each platform’s terms still apply. If a platform rejects, delays, or removes a post, that is between you and that platform.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Mas Upload to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to publish.
- Violate any platform’s rules, including spam, impersonation, or illegal material.
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or access another user’s account.
5. Availability
We aim for reliable publishing but do not guarantee that every post will go live at the scheduled time. Outages, API limits, and platform changes can delay or block a post.
6. Termination
You may stop using Mas Upload and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
