This is the official Privacy Policy for Mas Upload. It describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Mas Upload website and mobile app to schedule and publish short-form video to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

1. Information we collect

• Account details. Full name, phone number, email address, password (stored as a hash), one-time verification codes we email to you, and profile photo.
• Connected social accounts. When you tap Connect, the relevant platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook) sends us an access token, account or Page name, and a public identifier so we can publish on your behalf.
• Content you upload. Videos, captions, cover images, scheduled times, and which channels you selected.
• Usage and device data. Session cookies, app version, and basic server logs (IP address, timestamps, error reports) needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use this information

• Create and keep your Mas Upload account signed in, including checking your password and emailing you a one-time verification code.
• Publish or schedule your videos to the platforms you connected.
• Show your media library, calendar, and publish status.
• Prevent abuse, debug failures, and improve the product.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your connected-account data to advertise to other people.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to operate Mas Upload:

• TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. We send them the video and caption you chose, using the token you authorized, so the post can go live on your account.
• Email delivery. We send the verification code through an email provider (such as Gmail SMTP or Resend) so you can sign in.
• Hosting providers. Our website, API, and file storage run on cloud infrastructure that processes data on our instructions.
• Legal requests. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Each social platform also processes data under its own privacy policy after you connect that account.

4. Access tokens and social login

Connecting a channel uses that platform’s official sign-in (OAuth). Tokens are stored on our server, not in the browser, and are used only to publish content you schedule or post now. Disconnecting a channel in Mas Upload deletes that token from our database. You can also revoke access from the platform’s own app settings.

For TikTok we use Login Kit with user.info.basic so we can show which account is connected, and the Content Posting API with video.upload and video.publish so we can upload a video you chose and publish it to that account. We do not use Share Kit and we do not read your For You feed.

5. Cookies

The website uses a session cookie so you stay signed in. The app uses equivalent secure session storage. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep account, media, and schedule data until you delete the item, disconnect the channel, or ask us to delete your account. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

7. How to request deletion

You can remove videos and disconnect channels in the app or website at any time. To delete your Mas Upload account and remaining data, follow the instructions at masupload data deletion or email support@masupload.app. We will complete deletion requests without undue delay.

8. Children

Mas Upload is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
